New Features

Store Zone – Wastage form

This new feature is now live and should be used to report ALL wastages that happen in-store, so not just Hoagies & Tubbees but also all retail wastages including damages.

Please be sure to read over the guide on how to use it and train your team on it. Any questions, issues or improvements please let the Nitro team know via a support ticket or calling them! We will also happily arrange online training if required for this new system.

Manager Zone – Holiday Requests

Rolling out along side this NitroPOS update is the new Holiday system for ALL staff. Separate guides and documents for the new Holiday system will be provided, but Managers will now approve/deny holiday requests from withing NitroPOS (Not via email anymore!). This new feature is under a new section within the Manager Zone call “Staff Management”. It will only show for managers who approve/deny requests for sites. So, managers who do not yet approve/deny holiday will not see or be able to use the feature.
